Miansai Exchange & Return Policy
General Guidelines

30-Day Policy: MIANSAI honors exchanges and returns for the majority of orders within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exclusions: We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for monogrammed, custom-made, or items marked as final sale. Additionally, items damaged from normal wear and tear are exempted.

Warranty: Post the initial 30 days, all items come with a minimum 1-Year Warranty.
- Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 15 and December 15 may be returned up until January 15. Standard return procedures apply for orders outside this timeframe.
For U.S. Customers
- Start your exchange or return process at returns.miansai.com.
- We'll provide a return label for your convenience.
For International Customers
- Begin your return procedure at the Global-E Return Center.
- A return label will be provided.
- Kindly note that all shipping costs, duties, and taxes for returned items are borne by the customer.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders currently.
In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be exchanged or returned at any Miansai location without any additional fees.
Refunds

Refund Window: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days. Handling fees are subtracted from items earmarked for refunds.

Processing Time: After we receive the returned items, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be reverted to the original payment method.
- Handling Fees (U.S.): A base handling fee of $7.50 applies to returned items. Returns of 4 or more items incur a handling fee of up to 25%, capped at $100.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are monogrammed, custom-made, or marked as final sale cannot be returned but are covered under our Warranty.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches or stretched chains cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damage & Defects
- Damaged items due to shipping or manufacturing defects can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days. Examples include faded plating not attributed to wear or malfunctioning clasps.
- After 30 days, these items fall under our Warranty.
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches, or stretched and snapped chains cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts
- To minimize waste, Miansai does not include gift receipts or packing slips.
- U.S. gift recipients can exchange their items at returns.miansai.com/gifts using the order number, shipping zip code, recipient name (from the shipping label), and their email. International gift exchanges are currently unsupported.
Exchanges (U.S.)
- U.S. customers can exchange items within 30 days at returns.miansai.com. Shipping for these exchanges is on us.
- Original items must be returned within 28 days of the exchange request, or charges for the additional items will apply.
